Do I need to register to shop with Spindrift racing?
You don’t need to register to start shopping with Spindrift racing and to add items to your ‘Cart’. However, once you go to ‘checkout’, you will then be prompted to register or log in to your account to confirm your order and purchase the items. This is required to process your order efficiently.
Are my personal details safe with Spindrift racing?
We respect your privacy and all personal information obtained through this website. We do not attempt to gain any personal information about you without your knowledge. The information requested from you at the checkout is considered the minimum required to process your order efficiently. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information
How do I find products?
From the ‘Home’ page you can begin shopping by simply selecting an area from the navigation bar on the left top corner of the website, or directly from the links on the home page. To see any product in more detail, simply click on your desired product. To add products to your Cart, just click ‘add to cart’ (you can always remove it later if you wish).
How do I purchase products?
You can add any products that you wish to purchase to your Cart at any time by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button that appears in every product page. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time through your Cart before paying. Once you have a selection of products that you are happy with, go to your Cart and click on ‘checkout” to confirm your order, delivery and payment details.
I´m looking for a product that is sold out. Will this be available again?
Some of our items may run out of stock. If no re-order date is shown in the product page, you can contact us at shop@spindrift-racing.com for more info.
How can I see what is in my cart?
The number of products in your Cart and their total cost is shown in the Cart page that you can access by clicking on the cart logo on the top right corner of our website, and then on the ‘view cart’ button.
How do I remove and/or change quantities of products in my Cart?
Once you have access your Cart, simply click on the ‘X’ button next to each product to remove it from your Cart. To adjust quantities, simply click on the ‘-‘ or ‘+’  buttons until you have the quantities you want and then, click  on ‘update cart’. Your amended list of selected products will then appear. Please note that orders are limited to a maximum of 10 products. If you would like to order more than 10 products, please send us an inquiry to shop@spindrift-racing.com.
How do I select multiple items?
If you wish to purchase multiples of any product, select the quantity you want by clicking on ‘+’ or ‘-’   in the product page and then on “add to cart” to add these products to your Cart.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept orders paid by CB, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal payments.
How long after payment will my order be delivered?
You will find more information on that matter in our Delivery & Return Policy page.
How do I know if my order was successfully approved?
Once you payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order’s list, payment and delivery address. Thus, make sure when registering that your email address is correct.
I have received goods that I would like to return or exchange. How should I proceed?
